Requirements
Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in New York State
Master's degree in mental health counseling
Strong clinical skills in individual psychotherapy with adults
Clear writing, solid organizational habits, and reliable follow-through
LMHC-D is a plus
Experience integrating mindfulness with psychotherapy is valued but not required.

Intake assessments and session documentation (SOAP notes, supported by AI tools)
